Comes with screws and easy to follow instructions. Works with vinyl, wood and metal (square frame) gates. Can also be on chain link (round frame) gates when used in conjunction with the round post adaptor (CGHDD1026). Lifetime Warranty!! . Note - Works on a left or right swinging gate.
